Welcome to Junction Area: A hip community with small town charm.
Our Junction Area Experience
While we’ve never lived in The Junction, we do venture over from our neighbourhood frequently to take advantage of all the cool spots along Dundas. We love that this community is a hotbed for craft beer and unique furniture shops. Plus, it’s in great proximity to the Stockyards–and loads of cheaper nail salons if you’re in need of a mani-pedi.
How to Spend the Day
Just take a stroll along Dundas and you’ll come across enough restaurants, cafés, shops and galleries to fill up your day. If you’re lucky, you might be able to catch a show at 3030 Dundas West!
How Accessible Is It?
This area is a foodie pedestrian’s dream; there are loads of great places to eat all within walking distance. It helps to have a vehicle if you’re looking to travel outside of the pocket, but you can also grab a bus south to Keele or Dundas West subway station.
Who Lives Here
The Junction is full of young families and hipsters that add character and a certain trendiness to the area, attracting like-minded people. It’s also a great family neighbourhood as it has a tight-knit community.
