I can’t believe how fast 2015 has come and gone! The year wouldn’t be complete without taking some time to reflect on my life, both personally and professionally and being thankful for this wonderful year. This will be my third yearly review, but this one is kinda special because this will also be my last blog post as the Realty Queen, although you can continue calling me the Realty Queen, if you’d like!

2015 has brought on many changes and one of them is saying goodbye to Realty Queen to join forces with my soon to be husband, Amir Shahi and starting (well continuing) a bigger and better real estate venture. So stay tuned through my social media, as Amir and I rebrand and take our business to the next level.

I was fortunate enough to receive a ton of listings this year which kept me so busy, that I didn’t have much of a chance to blog abut anything else.

So to start off this review, here are the top 5 listings YOU enjoyed in 2015:

For Sale: 99 Chandos Ave Unit 204

For Sale: 563 St. Clarens Ave

For Sale: 26 Earl Grey Rd

For Sale: 634 Durie St

For Sale: 1005 King St W Unit 140

As I mentioned above, 2015 was my best year in real estate thus far, not only did I meet my goals, I surpassed them, which left me feeling all warm and tingly on the inside. Having helped 38 clients buy, sell and lease real estate, has me feeling super motivated going into 2016 and I couldn’t have asked for better clients to work with. I’m beyond grateful that, that many people trusted me enough to help them with such an important life decision, so thank you very much!

2015 started off as an intense year right off the bat! Amir and I had bought another house to renovate at the end of 2014, but we didn’t start the renovations until the new year. This project was special because it was the biggest renovation we had ever taken on, first time we pooled our resources together and we came out on top breaking neighbourhood records that are yet to be broken.

2015 also brought a lot of firsts:

Finally had the pleasure of visiting Chicago and trying deep dish pizza for the first time

Went scuba diving in caverns for the first time, been scuba diving before, but never in caverns

Attended OVO and paid way too much for the tickets as well as saw TLC, En Vogue and Taylor Swift in concert for the first time

And to end the year off with a bang, Amir and I booked another amazing snowboarding adventure, and this time we are off to Japan, with a quick stop in Singapore, to ring in the new year with some friends.

I hope you all had a fantastic 2015 and may 2016 be even better! Once again thanks to all my amazing family, friends and clients, who truly helped make this year pretty killer, words can’t express my gratitude!!!
