Camille came to us wanting to maximize her ROI on a long-term investment condo downtown.  She asked us what to do – more specifically, to renovate or not to renovate?  That’s always the question, isn’t it?

Renovations take time, effort and an upfront influx of cold, hard, cash!  So the biggest question on most Sellers’ minds is whether it’s worth it or not?  In other words, will I make sufficient return on the $ spent to justify the effort?

Luckily, we have a lot of experience in the reno spaces and mapping out ROI projections is our bread and butter.  So that’s exactly what we did here, mapped out the resale value of the condo before vs. after a renovation.

We were more than happy (and honoured) to provide pre-sale construction consultation, introduce Camille to our contacts & trades, and get our specialists involved as needed, including … painters, cleaners, interior stylists and more.

But all the credit goes to Camille, as not only did she get on board, oh no, she took charge!  You could see her excitement right from the start, as she shared ideas for finishes, design, and colour palettes – she gave her condo a 180 degree makeover – from floors, to fixtures and a full blown redo of the kitchen + appliances … what a pleasure working with such a passionate professional!
