Garden Suites Are Coming to Town – aka Coach Houses.

Now that’s exciting news … but before we explain why …

What are Garden Suites anyway?

Garden Suites are sometimes referred to by other names such as Tiny Homes, Coach Houses, or even Granny Flats. They are a detached accessory dwelling units built on the rear yard of a detached house, semi-detached house, townhouse or other low-rise dwelling. In other words an extra, smaller home in your backyard!

Think of the possibilities… If you have kids, you can pretend you don’t and just send them to their own little quarters .. or better yet, hello home office, gym, quiet oasis or what have you!

Jokes aside… This means accommodating different types of households (i.e. intergenerational living) as well as creating separate rental housing units – which will only get more important as the cost of homes, living, goods and services only continues to increase. Every extra dollar counts and don’t forget…

additional housing = additional square footage = additional resale value!

Oh, but this duo didn’t stop there, oh no, they immediately thought of the laneway housing potential and secured a team to build the same this Spring 2022 – upping their cashflow game like no other!  These guys are unstoppable, it doesn’t hurt that they’re also down-to-earth and know how to enjoy their lives.
