Junction Flea

On Sunday, I braved the sunshine and headed out to the Junction Flea. Despite the crazy heat, there were tons of people enjoying all the great stuff the flea market had to offer and I was no exception. With the Junction Flea only happening once every month, it’s totally worth it, no matter what the weather is doing. Here is my adventure and the things that came home with me…..

I paid my $2 admission, got my heart stamp and went right in!

One of the first things I spotted was this beauty of a desk lamp….once I found out it was $20 and it actually worked, I really didn’t hesitate to scoop it up!

Next up I bought some handmade incense in Cedar Wood and Lavender and I can’t wait to try them at home!

After the incense, I stumbled across this booth by Ten and Company and I’m happy I did! They carry really cute linen tea towels and napkins and I wanted to take one home in every colour. But I contained myself and bought these 2 tea towels instead…..

Sorry, not the best picture, but aren’t these awesome? You should check out their etsy store for more great products!

Smash Prints

My last buy was from Smash. There were a ton of great prints to choose from and after a tough decision, I bought this one, which by the way was designed by the women in the picture above….

Isn’t it a beauty! What sealed the deal for me was to learn that their prints fit into Ikea Ribba frames, woohoo!

I made one last stop at this cute refreshment stand and grabbed some ice cold cucumber water.

Well that’s all the heat I could stand so I headed home, very happy with my buys. Make sure not to miss the next Junction Flea market happening on August 11th (my birthday!) from 9am-4pm.
