Change is good. I would like to tell you about some big doors of change I have opened.
I just moved to Toronto’s most philosophically and technologically advanced brokerage, Sage Real Estate Ltd.. I am also opening my own office location on King St. West, in downtown Toronto.

For some time I have observed that there is nothing short of a paradigm shift taking place to the real estate industry in Toronto. The buying behaviour of today’s consumers is fundamentally different than it has previously been. 87% of buyers now use the internet during their home search and 2% use the newspaper. Not too long ago it was the reverse. To remain relevant to today’s consumers agents need to embrace technology and leverage it to the client’s benefit. Frankly, most do not.
That is precisely what I am now able to do for my clients and why, in this ever changing technological world, I chose a brokerage that stays ahead of the curve. I can now even better serve my Sellers through social media and industry leading digital marketing strategies in combination with traditional marketing tactics when selling their homes. Service: I work, live and play downtown – and so do many of my clients. The convenient downtown location enables me to provide my clients with quick and immediate professional service 24/7.
Fun: It is no secret I love to have fun and in any environment I strive to create an atmosphere that is inviting. Here is what we do at my office:
- BBQ: 150 sq.ft. terrace with patio furniture and BBQ – have a burger while you wait on your paperwork
- Fun Fridays: Every Friday (staring this Friday) we will be hosting “Fun Fridays” from 5-8 PM
