An eclectic community surrounding Dufferin Grove Park.

Our Experience

We have never lived in Dufferin Grove ourselves, but we have bought many homes for clients along some of the neighbourhood’s most desirable streets. We’re big fans of the strong community vibe in this area, with its large family demographic and countless mom and pop joints that keep it authentic.

How To Spend The Day

We recommend a visit to Dufferin Grove Park when the weather is right, trying some of the ethnic restaurants in the area, like Sheba or College Falafel, and checking out the coolest hotspots along Bloor between Dufferin and Ossington, like Nazareth, Wenona, or Black Briik!

How Accessible Is It

With a super convenient location, Dufferin Grove is an easy place to explore. It’s extremely walkable and has accessible transit options; you can catch the subway at Dufferin Station on Bloor, or take the College Street streetcar across the city.

Who Lives Here

Dufferin Grove is home to a lot of families and a large Portuguese demographic of all ages. There’s also a lot of millennials in the area, including a hip and trendy crowd that’s making its way north from Queen West.

What’s The Real Estate Like

You’ll find a lot of semi-detached homes here, as well as some detached homes and townhouses.
