Welcome to High Park North

A family friendly, tree-lined community.

Our Experience

Our High Park story really begins nearly 6 years ago when we got Roxie, a Mini-Schnauzer who needs a lot of exercise and socialization. We started exploring High Park and it quickly became one of our favourite off-leash areas in the city! We love the great trails where Roxie can run free; we feel like we’re surrounded by forest there, which is the perfect break from the day-to-day. High Park North has easily become one of our top pockets in the city, and we look forward to calling the neighbourhood home when we start our own family!

How To Spend The Day

Go to High Park–for sure! But try and avoid driving, as parking can be a nightmare during busy times. The nearby neighbourhoods are also awesome, from High Park and Roncesvalles (Roncy) to Bloor West Village.

How Accessible Is It

Who Lives Here

The neighbourhood is home to mostly couples and families. High Park North sits within one of the best school districts in the city, which makes it the perfect choice for those with kids.

What’s The Real Estate Like

High Park North has a lot of freehold homes that sit on picturesque tree lined streets. We absolutely love the area’s old Victorian style mansions and super-homes; they’re numerous in this pocket and add a sense of character and charm.
