  • This loft like, center of the city, massive 2 bed south-west facing suite had been listed a few times prior to landing in our hands – we sold it in 5 days – for the Sellers’ target sales price (1.350M) the listing had sought during the past few times it had been on market … naturally we were pleased, as was the Seller.
