Living In The King West Hood – Top Things To Do and See
Can’t leave the city? No biggie!
This year Summer seems to have come in a bit earlier than usual in Toronto, and we couldn’t be happier! So today, we would like to share our favourite things to do and see in the King West hood to take advantage of the sunny days! Whether you live in the area, are considering moving here or are simply looking for some ideas on how to spend your next socially distanced weekend, this list is made for you!
Any foodies out there?
Who doesn’t love food? And it tastes even better when accompanied with a couple of drinks! So make sure to check out
- Kost in the Bisha hotel for a high-end breakfast
- Forno Cultura on King West for coffee and bread
- General Assembly Pizza on Adelaide for thin crust pizza
- Wilbur Mexicana on King West for tacos
And head over to Stackt on Bathurst & Front for some drinks!
Parks anyone?
If you enjoy having a picnic at the park, playing frisbee or the new trend of the year, Spikeball, these are great places to do so!
Clarence Square Park, Stanley Park, Garrison Common, and Victoria Memorial Square are wonderful options for all the nature lovers out there who want to enjoy some greenery without leaving Downtown Toronto.
And if you are up for a walk, just a few blocks south of King St. you can enjoy the lake from Coronation park, Toronto Music Garden or HTO park.
