Cool Homes: Loft Living in Macon

Share This Post:

Is loft living for you?

This week’s feature started off as an empty attic space in Macon (USA) that was then successfully and beautifully turned into a bright and airy loft by designer Carrie Robinson.

One of the things that we love the most about this home are the exposed ceiling joists that give depth and texture to the ceiling of the main living area.

Four large windows facing a park bring in lots of light enhancing the bright walls and flooring. The project saw the creation of a large open living area with dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a wet bar and powder bath.

If you’re looking for elegance and comfort, this place has it all with the merging of historic architectural elements and antiques with more contemporary furnishings.

Here are the pictures, let us know what you think!
