Who lives in Forest Hill?
About a week ago, we were browsing the web in search of new content for you and found out that one of the top searches on Google was: Who lives in Forest Hill?
For those of you that are reading this and are not from Toronto, Forest Hill is a neighbourhood and former village located north of Downtown Toronto. In 1967, it was amalgamated into Toronto, and the area has retained its name as a neighbourhood. It is also one of the richest neighbourhoods in the city!
While browsing, we found numerous beautiful mansions in the hood, but one in particular caught our interest. So, we decided to feature it in our cool homes series!
After tearing down a pre-existing house, the new owners built this fabulous mansion to sell it only 3 years later for almost $7M!!!
The sale put over $4M in the seller’s pocket – minus all the expenses, of course, but still not a bad deal for a 3 year investment.
So, this is how the house looked before.
